The Job:
Build and strengthen the team
Ensure the team is properly supplied and knows how to account for those supplies
Scheduling & safety of the team
Director of Kitchen Sanitation
Be a line cook, prep cook, sautee and grill cook as often as needed

Skills/experience/talent you must have:
Must have experience in a commercial kitchen
Leadership skills
Strong appreciation and knowledge of craft beer
Works well under stress
Moves with a purpose
Must be DIY
Plays well with others
Intelligent, honest, interesting
