Volt has a long term position open in Issaquah, WA for a Bilingual (Simplified Chinese/English) Customer Support.
This role will be responsible to handle customer escalations involved with our Client''s popular Gaming Product through methods outside the standard support model. These escalations will require direct customer interaction via phone with the goal of identifying and resolving basic to moderately complex issues related to gaming products and services within established guidelines/policies.
These escalations are some of our Client''s most challenging and difficult customer issues and will at times require the Agent to deal with sensitive customers/situations. Customer Support Specialist - XGE Agent Job Responsibilities/Duties :
Support of customer recovery and problem resolution.
Create documentation in great detail including customer issues for further analysis by the business.
Identify reoccurring or emerging issues and escalate to the appropriate channels.
This is an estimated 1+ year Contingent/Temporary position located in Issaquah, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources located in Redmond, WA. ## Job Requirements
Bilingual (Simplified Chinese/English) Customer Support -Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Simplified Chinese and English
Demonstrated business maturity
2+ years Call Center and/or Customer Service experience
Strong Computer/Technical skills
Demonstrated Soft Skills:
Solid listening and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong service orientation skills for understanding complex problems
Exhibits empathy and passion for helping customers

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
