Accounting Supervisor
Our Eastside client is looking for a full-time senior accountant to lead accounting duties, including maintaining the fixed assets system, record and reconcile capital expenditures, perform month-end closing, process AP/AR, perform payroll, monthly reporting, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis and analytics reporting. The ideal candidate will think independently and respond quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate will be very interested in learning, proactive in suggesting improvements and adding insights, and suggest enhancements to existing controls and processes.
Qualifications
- BA in Accounting, CPA or CMA a plus
- 3-5 years corporate accounting and/or Big 4
- Capex, Opex, and Fixed Assets knowledge and experience a plus
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- GAAP knowledge and accounting concepts
- Dynamics Great Plains experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong organization/time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated individual needed
- Ability to manage multi-regional personnel
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
