To take away patient's fearful ideas of Oral Surgery itself by taking the time to listen and cater to individual needs.
To establish and maintain great relationships with referring dentists and physicians by responding quickly to referral needs, providing clear and respectful communication, and following through with each mutual patient, in addition to exceptional surgical care services.
We are a start-up Oral Surgery private practice office in Issaquah, WA is looking for a part-time ( 32 hrs/week, Mon-Fri) Sterilization Tech! We value positive attitude, compassion, flexibility, reliability, and efficiency.
We are willing to train for the right candidate who wants to learn and grow.
Responsibilities include sterilizing surgical instruments, maintaining cleanliness, assisting the surgeons during consultations & surgical procedures including IV sedation procedures, capturing digital radiographs (CBCT, periapical, panoramic), providing patient education and post-operative care as well as maintaining the facility for optimal patient experience.
Use of computers will be required for electronic medical records.
A top-choice candidate will have be given the opportunity to gain experience in intravenous anesthesia in addition to experience with extractions, bone graft procedures, placement of dental implants, biopsies, and surgical exposure of impacted teeth to bond orthodontic brackets.
