We are looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator to help with our growing volume.
Responsibilities Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently Organize and schedule appointments Update and file medical records and insurance reports File laboratory orders and results Maintain the schedule for all providers in our practice Enter data in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to register the patients and schedule appointments Follow up on the referrals and help with prior authorization Open and close the office Generate revenue and patient reports on a monthly basis Skills Experience as a Medical Receptionist for at least 2 years Knowledge of medical office management systems Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software Social media knowledge Medical billing knowledge Job Type:
