What's the Short Version? The Project Manager, Production Planning is responsible for the organization and management of projects as related to Production Planning.
What Will You Be Doing? Manage project objectives, timeframes and communication.
Lead the initiation, planning and analysis of project and reporting activities.
Analyze data that relates to the stakeholders of the business over the course of a project.
Responsible for identifying new ideas and developing procedures for implementing new processes in collaboration with the team.
Continuously improve business reporting and ways to analyze the business while streamlining the process.
Identify and solve problems that arise and report and escalate issues to upper management while working in conjunction with other business teams.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of project management experience 1-3 years of data management experience Mastery skill level with Microsoft Excel Strong financial and analytical skills and background Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Responsive to staff needs including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others.
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
What's Our Offer? Salary Range:
You ll earn between $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus:
You ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off:
You ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start.
Employees also receive 7 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

Work environment is moderately quiet.
Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

Quarterly travel may be required.
