We are looking to add a part time front desk office assistant to our stellar team of health enthusiasts! Hours Monday-Thursday 1:
00pm - 6:
30pm (about 22 hours per week) (3 day weekends!) Desired Qualities Loves working as part of a team, but will also thrive independently You value wellness and are eager to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle A definite people person - you enjoy interacting with others and taking care of their needs.
It is a busy practice with a lot of patient relationships to create and manage! We want every one of our patients to feel welcome and well taken care of Punctual and dependable Takes direction well Required Skills Ability to multitask in a calm manner with a smile - we are a busy practice! Organized and detail oriented Computer proficient Duties Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks Working the front desk with a Smile (patient check-in/check-out) Managing appointment schedules for doctors and massage therapists Collecting co-pays and patient balances Scanning and faxing documents Answering a multi-line phone system, taking and relaying messages, patient communication Assure cleanliness and orderliness of office Miscellaneous duties assigned by the doctors and office manager More duties will be added depending on capabilities If you feel like you would be a great candidate for this position please send us a cover letter and your resume.
