In this in-person role, you'll be working at our travel store and:
Greeting and assisting clients and members and providing assistance with travel packages, including air, car, and hotel bookings Selling travel tools to enhance client's trip, such as maps and tour books Ordering and stocking travel store supplies Coordinating international driving permits and passport photo for clients Successful candidates must:
have at least 1 year experience in customer service field knowledge of geography and travel trends Travel agent certification and/or experience in travel sales a plus.
Training provided on travel software systems and domestic and international airline tariffs, pricing, regulations, exchanges, and policies.
