We build one-of-a-kind residences in some of the nicest locations in and around Bellevue, WA - from Bellevue to Sammamish and Issaquah - and we have been building in the Suncadia and Tumble Creek Resorts for the last 15 years.

We are looking for a polished, professional, and experienced Office Manager to join our tight-knit team.
This person will help the company continue to grow while helping establish processes and protocol and achieve growth-related goals and providing financial and administrative support to Accounting office personnel, construction Project managers, and the Owner, in this fast-paced environment.
As our Office Manager, you will perform many various functions with collaborative support and limited supervision by being able to take ownership of your daily tasks, identify issues, research, develop solutions as you notice that what could use improvement and bring forth suggestions to help implement such solutions.

Job Type:
On site in the Issaquah office, Full-time:
Flexible with 32-40 hours per week.
Discretionary Annual Bonus.
Pay:
$25-$30/hour depending on experience and skill level.
Responsibilities:
General:
Organize office operations and procedures.
Assist by continuously looking for ways to improve office operations and procedures and feed that information to the appropriate personnel.
Follow up on its implementation.
Support for office and field personnel on both sides of the mountains, with a variety of identified daily tasks/projects.
Ad-hoc projects and reports.
Primarily support in the following three areas, with various aspects and adapt as each grows.
1 - Office supply management:
Assess what is in stock, what is needed and move forward in continuing to order what is necessary, documenting along the way.
Order supplies as needed.
2 - Accounting Assistance Vendor support:
Ability to navigate the Accounting system and look up statements, payments, etc.
and provide general feedback to vendors requesting follow-up and/or confirmation of status.
Manage the maintenance of subcontractor insurance records.
Manage the maintenance of subcontractor safety program records.
Electronic invoices:
Be responsible for Invoices that are submitted to BSCH electronically.
Electronically sort and file on a weekly basis.
Be analytical if each seems accurate and makes sense.
Payroll and timecards:
Collect timecards from Project Managers, ensuring all are in and complete.
Send timecards to our external CPA firm for processing.
Lien release process :
Lien releases are sent out with each check we release.
These lien releases need to be collected and organized monthly.
3 - Construction and Production Support Bidding and New Project Support:
Bids for new projects are submitted through email protected .
These bids need to be electronically sorted and then printed.
Provide assistance following up with bidders who have not submitted.
New Project Startup Support:
Create new project notebooks - in print and electronically.
Create BSCH Job Start packages for the Project Manager Posting material including L&I and Safety/Health & Safety Other documentation as necessary.
Assist with new project documentation and household utility setup.
Assist with homeowner manual fabrication.
Under Construction Support:
Assist with subcontract execution and follow through until documents are received.
Assist with Change Order and Additional Work Authorization execution.
Qualifications:
Mature, reliable, stellar work ethics, attention to detail, easy to work with, and overall a super nice person.

Years Office Administration.
Construction industry (preferred but not required.
) AA or Bachelors Degree (preferred but not required).
BuilderTrend experience (preferred but not required).
Quickbooks (Online preferred but not necessary).
Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
Time management skills include multitasking skills, problem-solving skills, strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize workload/change direction quickly if needed.
