We have multiple full time (40 hours per week) day shift openings for our clinics in the Greater Seattle area (Seattle, Ballard, Renton, Edmonds, Everett, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Redmond).

The Associate Medical Assistant (MA I) work under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing basic patient care to assigned patients.
Basic patient care needs will be met though both administrative and clinical duties.
An MA I is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Medical Assistant (MA II) works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients.
A MA II performs all aspects of the MA I role and is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for assigned clinic/location of work.
An MA II is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Senior Medical Assistant (MA III) works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients.
A MA III is capable of performing all aspects of the MA I and MA II roles.
Additionally, the MA III proactively takes initiative and serves as an informal leader with additional responsibilities related to clinic/location.
MA III serves as an ambassador, change agent, quality champion, and mentor/resource to Medical Assistants by providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
The Lead Medical Assistant (MA IV) works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients.
A MA IV is capable of performing all aspects of the MA I and MA II and MA III roles.
Additionally, the MA IV serves in a leader role or is highly skilled and trained in multiple complex specialty areas and oversees ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors within the clinic.
Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) Required

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred
Qualifications:
Coursework/Training Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk; 1 year Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
Associate Medical Assistant Required
Qualifications:

Washington Medical Assistant Certification Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months) Preferred
Qualifications:
Coursework/Training:
Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants or alternate training program 6 months Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
6 months Previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR).
Medical Assistant Required

Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants, or an equivalent combination of coursework, experience/training to qualify to sit for the WA State Certification exam.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
