Property & Casualty license is highly preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire date At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required Life & Health license is a plus, will eventually need to obtain Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Excellent communication skills:
written, verbal and listening Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be motivated and determined Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program Job Type:
