Working at the front desk places you at the hub of the hotel with perpetual guest interaction, and we are looking for candidates with a passion to serve others! A Guest Services Representative is key to the overall experience of our guests---making the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests.

What you will be doing Maintain a high level of guest service and hospitality Provide a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues Interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy The ideal candidate for this position A keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring Strong communication skills Hospitality or customer service experience highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office High School Diploma or GED required Walk-in applications welcomed!
