The family values routine, activities that promote intelligence, active listening, maintaining established boundaries, and a healthy lifestyle.
Mom describes their household as good natured, friendly, reliable, and loving.
Mom is direct speaking, routine/process oriented and values punctuality and organization.
Currently Mom and Grandma are handling all childcare and a nanny will take over as Mom goes back to work.
The ideal nanny is attentive, nurturing, reliable, bilingual and wants a long-term permanent position.
Someone experienced (either has a nanny/childcare background or already raised their own kids).
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities include childcare, child meal prep, children's laundry, light housekeeping and transportation.
