Our work culture follows the work hard, play hard mentality, and we strive to make Arena Sports a fun place to work! THE ROLE We seek a highly motivated Director of Food & Beverage responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant, catering, and concession operations.
The Director of Food & Beverage manages a team of employees and works closely with other departments to ensure high-quality food and beverage services are delivered to guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management Develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant, catering and concessions departments for all Arena Sports facilities Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for all food and beverage items Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Plan and help execute special events and catering services Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers Pursue new business opportunities with vendors and suppliers Continuously improve food and beverage offerings to meet changing customer needs Oversee additional food and beverage expansion projects for all Arena Sports facilities Staffing and Development Work closely with Kitchen Managers and Front of the House Managers to achieve food and beverage goals Train and supervise restaurant and catering staffDevelop training and expectations for all areas of food and beverage Continuously develop staff to achieve individual and company goals Ensure customers receive exceptional service from a friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility Administrative and Financial Management Create and manage budgets/projections for the food and beverage departments Manage restaurant POS development and additional management softwares Communicate program information to staff including new policies and procedures Marketing Participate in the development and implementation of marketing programs Communicate marketing initiatives and tasks to staff Skills Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hospitality trends and best practices Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data Excellent customer service skills Work effectively with a diverse group of people COMPENSATION Salary Range:
