JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Receive and Process Invoices a.
code and distribute invoices to appropriate Project Manger for approval b.
enter invoices into Timberline system c.
maintain unpaid invoices file d.
print approved checks and prepare for signature e.
reconcile monthly statements 2.
Receive and Process Subcontract Payments a.
review subcontractor payment requests for proper Progress Pay Estimate paperwork b.
verify subcontract retainage calculations c.
verify proper Conditional or Final Claim and Lien Release forms are attached d.
enter subcontractor pay estimates into Timberline system 3.
Process internal check requests daily and expense reports weekly 4.
Receive and answer phone calls from vendors or other SEA CON employees in regards to payment status of invoices 5.
Process, pay, and archive tax payments 6.
Assist receptionist as telephone backup 7.
Perform additional job assignments as requested by supervisor(s) Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
You must be able to effectively communicate with others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Knowledge of Timberline is a plus.
This position will be performed at the office in Issaquah in person.
This is a NON hybrid position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
