Prior customer service experience is a must.
We are searching for a high energy self starter with excellent communication and multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
Candidates should have great attention to detail, be outgoing and friendly, and enjoy connecting with patients as well as the team.
Primary Skills/Responsibilities - Patient service Processing payments Managing multiple phone lines Booking appointments Multi-tasking Organizing files for patient records and billing Ensuring that the lobby is always clean and presentable Liaising between patients and doctors Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner Receiving and processing medical records Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment About our Practice:
