Position Summary The Integrated Marketing Manager, Brand is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives that promote our brand and engage our community. This includes, but is not limited to, community content and events marketing, Brand and PR, ambassador and affiliate relationships, and organic social media management. This is a critical role that requires an experienced results-oriented leader who can work at the intersection of data, culture, and creativity. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead our marketing strategy & planning, with a focus on ecommerce and community engagement Develop detailed audience & messaging frameworks based on customer insights and data Own the community content strategy and the marketing events calendar taking into account SEO data and ongoing campaign performance Grow and manage our organic social channels, ambassador and affiliate programs Stewardship of our brand identity and voice across all channels Closely partner with the core cross functional team - Content, Growth Marketing, Site Merchandising and email/CRM on key initiatives Manage budget, agencies and/ or resources and make key decisions around short, to long-term resourcing to meet business needs Requirements for PositionOutstanding ability to work in an organized, agile way while leaving room for creativity Excellent understanding of digital and social marketing best practices Hands-on experience with web analytics programs (Google Analytics preferred), SEO tools (Google Search Console, Conductor Searchlight), social tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and other relevant marketing platforms Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to set priorities, monitor progress, and make data-informed recommendations Ability to effectively balance individual marketing efforts with big-picture strategic work BONUS:

years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on digital and social Proven track record in building brand awareness, product promotion and community engagement Bachelor's degree or higher Physical Demands:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
