Summary:
The Project Manager, IT will focus on IT infrastructure and facilities support projects. Projects may include key infrastructure upgrades or replacement technologies, IT security installations and monitoring, and support of other customers in various aspects of our business. This position acts as the liaison between our IT teams, business partners and technology groups with an emphasis on organizing projects effectively, gathering project requirements, assisting in the investigation of technical solutions, ensuring appropriate functional, technical and operational documentation is written, and monitoring the project process and tracking progress against agreed milestones. This position will work closely with Sr IT leadership, program managers, solution architects, quality assurance analysts, to ensure timely quality implementations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for project success and documented retrospectives or lessons learned. Manage project schedule including creating, monitoring, modifying, and communicating the project plan; responsible for independently driving project to completion. Manage project team including coordinating all members; motivating and troubleshooting when necessary; providing leadership to overcome or escalate hurdles. Advocate for resources; manage resources allocation and scheduling of resources. Manage IT, business, and stakeholder expectations. Track, communicate, and resolve open issues and risks. Work closely with QA to ensure system is built and configured to requirements and design specification, participate in the development of the test plan and test cases. May need to assume the roles of business analyst, product owner, or scrum master. Other duties as assigned. Requirements for Position:
Experience managing software development and technical teams for multiple small and medium sized projects. Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies. Familiarity with and understanding of key technologies and platforms (e.g. web services, cloud). Ability to portray a positive attitude at all times; motivate and lead others. Ability to interact with many different skill sets and roles within the company. Ability and energy to work on multiple projects at a time and potentially switch projects as necessary, maintaining a strong quality focus on each. Ability to self-manage in times of stress, and independently make timely decisions in alignment with business goals. A curious mind, strong critical thinking skills, and a continuous drive to expand and learn for the future A bias for action with the ability to adapt quickly with a positive attitude toward change Ability to professionally drive change and process improvement in a loosely structured environment. Qualifications:
3
years' experience as an IT Project Manager or related experience. Bachelor's Degree. Competency across a range of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, VSTS, Jira, CA PPM, Visio). Working knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations a plus. Demonstrated delivery with an agile development methodology. Physical Demands:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
