Primary decision maker for the Agency On Record to buy advertising and create custom campaigns to meet the hiring demands of all Shacks. Labor Planning Management:
Work with Hiring Managers in the organization to proactively plan their staffing needs in advance while building a talent bench and sourcing passive talent company-wide. Talent Systems:
Manage the configuration, optimization and maintenance of talent systems to meet the needs of the business; serve as primary administrator for the ATS, assessment and career site. Strategic Talent Recruitment:
Develop and execute a global talent acquisition and management strategy to proactively address our aggressive expansion plans that target diverse pools of talent. Explore the latest recruitment technology and methods to find innovative staffing solutions to overcome hiring barriers. Continually assess business processes to increase the talent function capacity. Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's Degree MS Office Proficiency ATS Proficiency Strong Analytical skills Experience 10
years of talent acquisition experience 6
years of supervisory experience Hospitality HR Management experience preferred Workday experience is preferred
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
